High Energy. Funky. Fun.

My goal is to provide dancers with the necessary tools combined with real life advice to tackle auditions and professional performing. It is important to be honest about hardships as well as accomplishments to continue to push forward and succeed in the business.” - Michelle

Master Classes:

Fusing classical jazz and jazz funk styles with ballet and modern techniques, Michelle’s class focuses on bringing out the inner performer in every dancer. Dancers are challenged by warm ups and across the floor routines that focus on connecting proper technique with movement in rhythmic sequences. Students will learn high energy choreography while honing in performance quality and placement of energy. Every class ends with a personalized Q&A session leaving dancers inspired to continue on their journeys.

Professional Seminars/Guest Speaking:

In a more personal setting, Michelle is available to speak to future professional performers about the next steps to becoming a performer. Talks are designed to inform, teach, and inspire future dancers to navigate through the life of auditions, networking, and branding.

Judging:

Michelle is an experienced adjudicator, that provides constructive and positive feedback focusing on performance quality and technique throughout a piece. Michelle has judged at several competitions and pageants such as Ticket to Broadway, Cathy Roe’s Ultimate Dance, 8 National Talent, and Tri-State Cinderella Pageant.

She put on one of the best classes we have ever had at the studio and students have been raving about it! We got more out of it then just the fun of learning a small piece of choreography from a show, she taught a full on Tap Master Class as it should be!

Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to talk to us. You inspired me so much. Hearing your story about how much work you put in before you booked your first show proved to me that if I worked and put enough effort in I can also make it.
